ENG – “Changes” is an experimental sound film inspired by the landscape and the history of Lamego, but also by the subversive thinking of the 70s that we can find in certain “folk horror films”. “Changes” starts from a psychogeographic approach which becomes a prismatic and hallucinating journey, where deviations of image and memory are summoned to a present through refraction and compression techniques, in a cryptic and animistic language.
PT – “Changes” é um filme sonoro experimental inspirado pelo landscape e pela história de Lamego, mas também pelo pensamento subversivo dos anos 70 que podemos encontrar em certos “folk horror films”. “Changes” parte de uma abordagem psicogeográfica que se transforma numa viagem prismática e alucinante, onde desvios da imagem e da memória são convocados para um presente através de técnicas de refração e compressão, numa linguagem críptica e animista.
